Terms

• We are wholesale suppliers. Our minimum purchase quantity is R1000.
• No refunds on custom made orders when specifications have been adhered to by the supplier.
• No refunds on orders that are not faulty. Please order samples to peruse. ( I website accommodates the ordering of sample orders.)
• Customers must specify in detail what the said requirements are.
• All goods are hand made, not factory made. Therefore individual product finishes will vary.
• The customers is responsible for all transport costs.
• Our website calculates shipping costs based on the order value. These are however subject to a final quotation from our courier. 
• Orders will only be processed once proof of payment is received. They are processed on a first come, first served basis. 
• There may be a lead time of up to 14 days on orders. This depends on what you have ordered and whether or not these products are ready to be packed and shipped. If we do not have stock on hand, we will manufacture another batch of the product and ship your order as soon as all items are available. Please plan ahead and order timeously.
